Things To Consider Before Choosing Sublimation Printing

  • Sublimation printers use a variety of color inks to produce vibrant high quality prints, however white is not one of those colors.

    Due to the lack of white ink, Sublimation printing is usually done on light or white-colored fabric.

  • The final results may not be as vibrant or long-lasting on fabrics other than polyester, poly-blends or 50/50 fabrics.

  • The dye ( especially the lighter dyes) may not penetrate as deeply into cotton, so the image may not be as crisp and clear
